OHAZ Investment (tradename) was established in April 2023. We are operated by a team of professionals with decades of experience in the real-estate, mortgage, legal, and financial planning markets.
We are an alternative investments, operating as a mortgage investment corporation, that focuses on Canada’s real estate market. Investors are shareholders of the company, and are able to invest in a diversified pool of mortgages that are secured against property. Shareholders can take part in a secure market without the hassles that are associated with owning and managing property directly.
