Income Distribution
Canadian law requires us to pass through 100% of net income. You choose whether to receive your returns monthly, quarterly or yearly, or let them roll back into your investment. Registered‑plan holders benefit from automatic reinvestment plus all the usual tax advantages of RRSPs, TFSAs, LIRAs, LRSPs, RRIFs or RESPs.
Diversification
Rather than banking on a single property, your capital is spread across multiple properties—so one hiccup won’t derail your overall returns.
Liquidity
When you need your money, simply give us three months’ notice and your redemption request will be processed.
Regulation & Compliances
